Due to the these items being customized, we are not able to offer exchanges or returns. If there is a problem with your order please reach out and we would be more than happy to figure out a solution.
All custom orders have a 3-4 week processing time which does not include shipping.
All orders are sent from Tampa, FL via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your item has shipped.
Our items are pre-washed during the tie-dye process. However, we suggest washing them alone in cold water for their first at-home cleaning. Hand made tie-dye does fade in with wash and wear. Washing in cold water with minimal detergent will prolong the color life of your sweatshirt.
Custom pieces start at $80 for simple wording. Price depends on design, size, and how many colors are used. Designs can be scaled to fit work with your budget.
Nope! Because of the personalized nature of an embroidered jacket we want to make sure you love the jacket just as much as the deign. We recommend you either send in a jacket you have or order a new one and send it directly to us! Need a jacket recommendation? Let us know and we will send our favorites.
